Other than the Anita Stewart Oncology Center, I've never been to another medical office that has put so much thought into their patients. From the glam room, to the snacks, to the softness of the robes, so much thought was put into it. Thank you. Honestly, it makes something so tedious and nerve wracking for some of us, into something not so scary. I wasn't even scheduled for a mammogram at this appointment, but when they asked if I wanted to do it, I was very agreeable. Because of the ease of which they make this procedure happen. I will recommend this place to everyone who will listen.

The process was quick and easy. It was my first experience which caused a lot of nerves and angst from me but the doctor and staff made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.

I absolutely love this place. They're very thorough I answered a questionnaire and questions that I often have to bring up to my other doctors and things I had asked him just to get my house done but they already were on the ball before I didn't even have to say anything. They are so thorough they're so nice, I'm absolutely amazed. I left there feeling healthy already. I only found them because my current gyno stop taking the insurance that I had because it was new and supposed to be good but a lot of people like that around here didn't take my insurance. I am so glad I did because they are the best Women's Health Center I've been to. The thoroughness is what really amazed me.

Ms. James made me feel extremely comfortable, heard , and seen in a situation where I was extremely anxious. She educated me on how to go about certain things and gave me space & courage to speak up and advocate for myself. The entire staff was kind, informative, and welcoming!

They always make you feel real comfortable there. I love going there. The ladies are always so nice and are real down to earth. On top of that the waiting area is so beautiful!

I've had the best experience here. I'll never go to another OB doctor. I needed a hysterectomy/endometriosis clean out. Roxy called and got me in next day. 2 weeks later, I had my surgery. Everyone is so nice and accommodating.

The entire staff is very friendly, and the office environment is calm, and relaxing. Jill really took the time to talk to me, ask questions and listen. I didn't feel rushed, at all, and I left, feeling like she actually heard me. The entire experience was a positive one, from start to finish. Not to mention, the office wasn't packed full of patients, waiting to be seen. That in and of itself was a wonderful experience!

The whole staff was great, and this has been the most comfortable appointment I’ve had with any gynecological office. Please apologize to the receptionist up front on my behalf again. She asked to schedule my second annual with y’all, and because I get nervous at doctors (literally have had to do therapy and part of my therapy was getting to the point I don’t have panic attacks at the doctors) I handle it by joking. I told her, “Bold of you to assume I’m coming back.” I meant this joke to say that I’m terrible with keeping up with my annuals, as in haha let’s see if I even remember. I didn’t even realize it could come off as saying yall gave bad service at all until I saw her face drop and her look disappointed. I did apologize to her twice, and I tried to explain I was just joking and nervous, but I still feel awful about it because you guys truly made the experience so comfortable and great, and I would hate to imply otherwise. Especially because your receptionist was genuinely so kind and sweet throughout the entire process. Anyways, y’all were great. I had a great experience, and it felt so nice to be heard and not just brushed off. I will be recommending you to everyone I know. I wish I could thank everyone involved in my care because they all took the time to actually speak with me, walk me through everything, and make sure I was well informed on my options and guide me to the best ones.

Frances is ALWAYS very friendly and she takes the time to explain everything in detail so that I'm comfortable and understand all the information that is given to me. She is great at what she does and I appreciate her.

Ms. Simpson is top notch - very concerned about her patients and their concerns.

Even though they were short staff, there's this thing called Teamwork, and it was known. Wait time was average for what I needed done. Mainly my concerns were heard and actually listen to. A patient's health should always come first, and I felt like even though others were there; I was the only one at that time they were concerned about. I think I stopped coming because of insurance purposes but for the service and care that was given to me, I will continue to come. Thank You ladies' job well done.

Drinks were available, decor homely, comfy seating, and changing area equipped with wipes and deodorant. The 3D imaging service area was immaculate and non invasive. I was in and my scan completed with no physical contact at all. Wonderful experience, and the technician was so very thoughtful explaining everything along the way. The staff were wonderful. However the wait time was atrocious. My appointment time was 10:15am. It was 11:30 before I was called from the front waiting room. I didn't leave until nearly 2:00 pm and 95 percent of the time was spent waiting. Because the insurance was not checked by the office staff prior to my visit, staff didn't learn that my insurance wouldn't be covering my visit. Upon learning that your staff did all that was possible to make alternate methods to cover the appointment. I deeply appreciate that arrangements were made to follow up with a day surgery that is needed.

This was my first time at the Howard Center. All the staff made me feel comfortable. They were very kind. They informed me of everything they offer at the center. I also like how they have different alternatives and methods of examining patients.

I just love the Howard Center. They have the best staff in technology is fantastic. I love how they do mammograms there which a lot of ladies would love because you don’t have to be in pain after your mammogram. I love how they do when they do your Pap smears, Which they can see what’s going on in that area. So I love love going there and I am pushing for more women to go. I just hope I win a purse.

I have only been to a gynecologist once before my last visit with Mrs luster!! I highly recommend this place!! Bedside manner was on point and I will not be going any where else. One stop shop and very convenient!! I got my labs , some info on there diet center, and a untrasound and a mammogram and the staff is on point as well!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This service is number 10 and over, everyone that works there makes your visit the best ever. I started out with Ms Rose way back in the day when she was with Dr Dorminy in Tifton, love this lady and I will be under her care as long as she works.

FNP was very attentive during the evaluation. She explained the procedures performed and the recommendation for further testing to rule out possibilities of uncertainties.

Kara and her team at the Decatur Howard Center are incredible! From the moment you walk in, everyone is super friendly and makes you feel like you’re walking in the doors of a friend’s house. The doctors and staff really take their time, explaining everything and making sure you understand all your options. You can tell they genuinely care. I couldn’t recommend Kara, her team, and this location enough!

Coming into the office I was impressed with the decor, the waiting room is very cozy and accommodating. They also offer refreshments. I was greeted with a smile and promptly checked in. Every step of the appointment was professional and everything was explained thoroughly. I really liked that I was able to ask questions and get clear feedback on what was best for me. It’s important to feel heard by your doctors/nurses/care technicians and this first visit was an indication that I am in great hands.

I have never loved going to the doctor until I went to The Howard Center in Covington, GA. The ambience makes you feel like you’re at the spa. The experience from at the front desk with the clerk who checked me in. To the medical assistant who did my labs, to the nurse practitioner I seen was 100 percent kind, and helpful. Mrs. Mandy was so educational and professional on how to help me with my issues. She found an action plan to help me get on the right road to helping me get well. The Howard center worked very diligently to get me some relief from my pain. This was my first visit; it was easy to commute to on public transportation, great location, the cleanliness of the exterior and interior is immaculate, I almost lost it when I saw the snack bar lol, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff is superior. They treat you like family and they are SO thorough during your visit. I've been searching for a PCP for a while because I wasn't satisfied with my other provider. So, I made my decision official when my visit was complete that the Howard Center will be my PCP from now on. I even told my sisters about them and encouraged them to book an appointment. My review is for the staff; the doctor was great, but the staff really made all the difference in the world to me. Everyone was so sweet & gentle which is what you want for your first time at the OBGYN or whatever. It was beautifully decorated in the cutest pinks and fall decor, everyone was patient & kind in tone & demeanor, they were happy to explain everything to me in full detail as it relates to what I was about to experience. The medical assistants were so sweet & had the best “bedside manner”. They were communicative, and just kind. It was a warm environment, nothing like what you expect at the doctors office, & you can tell they actually like working together, and the visitors just experience an overflow of that. I also got a same day appointment which was very convenient for me. I plan on returning, and keeping business with this office for sure. Very professional, very cutesy, very demure. ❤️

The nurses let you know what going too be taking place. And talk with you about any concerns you might be having. Or just scared too ask. So the nurse still give you a clear indication without you being ashamed. And I was told now they’re offering mammograms inside the office and that’s a bigger plus.
